I’m not interested in teaching you how to move like me,
I want to teach you how to move like you.
Most movement coaches, fitness instructors, or personal trainers will teach you movements, and direct you closer to their version of correctness.
And if you are interested in posture or alignment we can work on that. . .
But I specialise in opening your mind to new ways of moving.
The way that we inhabit our body and move it through the world reflects and often creates our emotional landscape.
Dancing is more effective for depression than SSRIs.
Moving your body, especially to music & in nature, allows you to physically process unexpressed emotion and make more space for joy.
I create custom movement classes for individuals and groups in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland and online.
I also curate movement coaching programs for individuals who are devoted to meeting their movement goals.
